Success!
No, not at adding a new chapter, but at successfully putting a link to my blog in both of my profile pages. :D I couldn't figure out which link to use, and then I went into help to try and get a different question, and that directs me to settings where I discovered a whole bunch of new things! Like, how post the proper link. :D Anyways, I feel better about my blog. Maybe now people will look and comment...
On another note, I got reviews today. :D I thought maybe I would get more with my half-lemon, but it seems to just be the regulars - who all happen to be awesome! Thank you! I had another point I was going to make with this blog, but I forgot what it was. >D An a completely different note, I finally found a cd that I had been looking for for a while. I was worried I lost it! Here it was sitting in my backpack in a blank cd case. For the life of me, I have no idea why. Oh well. Now, I'm just waiting for a cd that has been two weeks in coming in the mail. I can't wait to get it, I'm giddy! I'm done now... I have nothing more to say. I don't feel much like writing today, and I NEED to clean my room. It will get done, or at least started. OH! I made a gingerbread house! That's what I wanted to say above. One of my authors (I read a serious of blogs daily of authors. They don't all update daily, but I check. First, I get news, and second, they provide great inspiration.) posted a pic of her gingerbread house. If people want I can post mine, but it is seriously pathetic. It was my first one ever! It kept collapsing. I should have let the frosting dry and hold before I started decorating the house, but damn if I was impatient. So the roof became a flat one, and the door got moved around. My dad said it looked like an ice house, I call it a shanty like in the prairie days, complete with chinks in the walls. :D
Ok read, review, and enjoy! Have a great day!

Hi there!
I think your blog is a nice idea. It's a way to write when you don't feel like writing a story.
Your writing goals are very admirable. "The great American novel" calls to many of us. LOL!! Unfortunately, "the great American novel's PLOT" eludes many of us, too. Heh heh!
I'm going to send you a message about your citrus content. ^_~
I went back through a few of your blog posts, -- I quite agree about the Hiei/Kagome pairing. When I started my first fanfic, I didn't intend for Hiei/Kag to be the only pairing I ever write about, but it is turning out that way. I honestly can NOT read a fic that pairs Hiei with anyone else.
Now, Kagome's wondeerful qualities seem to make her the best choice for pairing with a LOT of different dark heroes, and I can't resist a GOOD Inu/Kag story every once in a while. I think they're few and far between, though. Same with Sess/Kag. I used to loved Kurama/Kag, but the more I write him, the more my perception of him changes. I don't think Kagome is Youko's kind of gal at all. So, while I will still read a sweet Kur/Kag one-shot, I don't really look into new longer stories for them because I can't suspend my disbelief that long. LOL!!
Shoot, I just have to go ahead and say one thing about your thoughts on writing lemons here. (And I may repeat myself when I note you.) I think it's a great idea to try to stretch your writing skills by writing something you may not be too comfortable with. "Black Widow Miko" is chock-full of lemons for that very reason. The lemons are the hardest things to write for me. And they are integral to the plot of the story. The tone, how the lemon itself plays out, the things they say to each other, and the things they don't have to say, show the evolution of their relationship. I knew it would be that way when the idea for the story first came to me, and I cringed at the thought of writing so many lemons. Then I sucked it up and said, "do it." I knew I needed the practice. ^_^
Well, this comment is mega-long, so I will stop here. I think your blog looks great! (And I think you SHOULD post a picture of your gingerbread shanty.) Take it easy! And have a very Merry Christmas!
